What happens if I exceed my monthly click allowance?

Your links keep redirecting — they never stop because of the allowance. Analytics for the extra clicks may be sampled until the next month or an upgrade.
Nothing breaks. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of tracked clicks, but redirects never stop when you go over it — every visitor still reaches the destination.
What can change is the analytics: once the allowance is exceeded, click data may be sampled rather than recorded in full for the rest of the period.
If you regularly go over, consider a plan with a larger allowance on /pricing; upgrades take effect immediately. Note that analytics history (how long data is kept) also depends on your plan.
