Which payment methods do you accept?

Cards via Stripe, cryptocurrency via Plisio, and bank transfer with manual approval where enabled. Available options are shown at checkout.
ShortGo supports three ways to pay:
- Credit or debit card via Stripe — used for recurring subscriptions. The Stripe customer portal lets you download invoices and update your card.
- Cryptocurrency via Plisio.
- Bank transfer — where enabled; payments are approved manually, so activation isn’t instant.
The methods available to you appear at checkout when you choose a plan on /pricing. For questions about invoices or a specific payment, contact support via /contact.
